How important are pets in your life and in the lives of people in you know?

The pets in my life are basically treated as humans. I even call my dogs my sisters. I know it's kind of crazy, but they mean a lot to me. We took them in when no one else would. They showed us love in a weird pet to human relationship. My pets' brother lives with my grandma. It is the same way as it is like my house. They are treated as humans but they still respect us.

Thesis Statements 9.24.09

1) Arthur Miller portrays multiple characters outliving and getting past

the strict moral values in an attempt to keep up with a good reputation through John

Proctor, Reverend Paris, and Abigail Williams.

- This thesis statement is unique because it talks about how the author describes the

character and how it is significant to the prompt. I also like this prompt because it has p-

art of the prompt inside of the thesis.

2)

vocab pre test

The first day of school led to the last day of three kids lives. Yaquiline, the lothario, Yessica, the maverick, and Yanessa, the nemesis of Yaquiline. On that day, they expirienced a philippic between each other in english class. It started fine, they all sat down in class while Mr. Schreiber introduced himself and the class. They figured out he was a jingoist, because he was wearing a red, white, and blue tuxedo. But after seeing that, they realized who was amongst them. . . the infamous “Y Ladies.”
Yaqualine, and Yanessa, hated each other because Yaqualine took a bite of Yanessa’s Spicy Chicken Sandwhich,
which led to Yanessa calling Yaqualin tawdry. Yaqualine, or “Yaquie”, stated that as a philanderer, she slept with Yanessa’s boyfriend. Yanessa’s previous view of as a quixotic young girl, immedietly went away.
One day Yessica came to school and yelled at Yanessa and Yaqualine using solecism, Yessica couldn’t say anything because she felt saturnine beacause of all those spicy chicken burgers that she ate. Yaqualine didnt really care because she was a procrustean, she was tired of arguing. So the rivalry between Yanessa and Yaqualine came to an end. Many people say it was a Pyrrhic victory, because even after the arguement, they still were not friends.
But the wierd part of the story is, why didn’t Yessica get involved? She has the spoonerism of words that confuses the Y Ladies to death. But recently she found the Y Ladies protean and unbearable. She could have won this arguement and be the number one Y lady and live in sybarite for the rest of her life!!

is an idea worth a life?

Can you think of any situation or idea that is important enough to you would die for it?

I don't think there is an idea that is important enough for me that I would die for it. The only situation that I would die for is if one of my loved ones were about to be shot I'd through myself in front of it, because they mean the world to me. Other than that I highly doubt that I would die for an idea, or any other type of situation.

Project

I think my group did good. We could have put more feeling into what we were saying, but we worked well and got everything done in time. I only had one line for my part, so I don't have much to evaluate. But, I was gone for a majority of the time, because I was sick. They worked well and we accomplished everything.
