Stagecoach Convention
In my opinion yes, stagecoach does follow the conventional western. The main character is usually a guy who breaks the law for the better and characters had cowboy hats, pistols and smoking. Most of the conflicts deal with the Native Americans with very long fighting scenes. Locations consisted with real horses out on real land, also in bars.
Hong Kong
- Hong Kong is known for their intense combat fighting style
- Hong Kong created the revenge plot in movies which is used in America
- biggest effect on hollywood
- Matrix came from the kung fu movies
- Bruce lee was born in San Francisco
Rashamon vs Citizen Kane
In Citizen Kane, the point of view of the characters were very truthful, they didn't have to lie and had no point in lieing. In Rashamon's point of views, the characters lied or even added or took things away from the story, so we never got the real truth. Their themes are that humans are selfish and won't put people before themselves.

Italian Neorealism
What is Italian Neorealism? How do the films we've seen demonstrate its characteristics?
Italian Neorealism is about the whole after affect of World War 2. It talks about the struggles about the middle class life and deals with the constant disappointments of life.
